About
I am a born and raised Chicagoan. I enjoyed working as a technical illustrator for manuals in machinery for over 20 years until the computer industry obsoleted that career. I spent free time in both my childhood and adult life learning and playing with the arts. In 1999, we moved to Sweden.
I believe art is discipline, responsibility, and taking the freedom to imagine outside of the "normal" borders. I like experimenting and taking risks with different mediums. I allow unplanned things to happen as I work.
Major artists who I admire are Michealangelo, Rodin, Claudel (Camille), and all the traditional classical artists out there.
I have a studio in southern Sweden and welcome the opportunity for commission work.
